Fees & guarantees
What are your fees?
Ready for You is a one-off $5,999 + GST recruitment fee, then $0 a month if you employ your team member, or $350 a month if we employ them as Employer of Record (EOR). Managed for You waives the recruitment fee for a 12-month commitment at $1,000 a month per staff member.
Are staff wages included?
No. Wages are separate from every plan and confirmed with you before you commit.
Do you provide guarantees?
Yes. Ready for You includes a 3-month free replacement guarantee. Managed for You includes 5 months, covering up to two free replacements in the first 12 months.
Are there discounts for multiple hires?
Yes, multi-hire savings are available on Managed for You.
Recruitment process
How long does it take to fill a role?
Typically 3–4 weeks from sign-up to placement. We keep a talent pool but run a fresh job ad for each role.
How do you screen candidates?
Sourcing, skills assessment and interviews before shortlisting. We check role-specific competency, English communication and fit with Australian business practice.
How does the process work?
We learn about your business and the role, source and screen candidates in Sri Lanka and the Philippines, put forward the most qualified, and support placement end to end.
Roles & countries
What roles do you specialise in?
Almost any full-time office role. We most often place bookkeepers, accountants, payroll and finance managers, virtual and executive assistants, customer service and admin staff, and we also recruit for IT, development, design, marketing and property roles. If the work can be done remotely, ask us.
Do you place temporary or contract workers?
No. We focus on full-time professionals for consistency, ownership and long-term capability.
Should I hire in Sri Lanka or the Philippines?
Both work and our fees are the same. Sri Lanka is strong for accounting depth; the Philippines for client-facing admin and finance operations.
Employment setup
Who employs my offshore team member?
You choose. Employ them yourself for free, or have us employ them as Employer of Record (EOR) for $350 a month, with payroll and compliance handled. On Managed for You we employ and manage them, adding onboarding, HR guidance and ongoing support.
IT & security
How are IT equipment and security handled?
IT is chosen separately from your setup. Self-managed: you or your staff member arrange it. Hardware coordination: we buy, configure and hand over a standard kit that you own. Fully managed: we handle equipment, setup and security end to end, including leased laptops.
