One invoice at the start of each month, due on the 15th. Here is exactly what you pay, when, and why, so there are no surprises.

Your invoice is issued at the start of each month, for that month.
15th of the month
Payment is due by the 15th.
Nothing in between
No surprise top-ups mid-month. Anything unusual is agreed with you first and shows on the next invoice.

Fees are the same in Sri Lanka and the Philippines. Staff wages are confirmed with you before you commit.
Ready for You + SOR
- Recruitment fee: $5,999 + GST, once
- Monthly fee: $0
- You pay your staff member directly
After placement there is no monthly invoice from us unless you add IT.
Ready for You + EOR
- Recruitment fee: $5,999 + GST, once
- Monthly fee: $350 + GST
- Staff wage paid through us
Your monthly invoice covers your staff member’s wage and our $350 fee.
Managed for You (MOR)
- Recruitment fee: $0
- Monthly fee: $1,000 + GST per staff member
- 12-month commitment
Your monthly invoice covers your staff member’s wage and our $1,000 fee.
Security deposit
When we ask for a deposit
For larger hires on Managed for You, or where we run payroll for you, we may ask for a security deposit before your staff member starts. It is agreed with you up front, never added later.

When will I be invoiced?
Invoices are issued at the start of each month for that month, and payment is due by the 15th.
Do you take a security deposit?
Sometimes. For larger hires on Managed for You, or where we run payroll for you, we may ask for a security deposit before your staff member starts. We tell you the amount up front.
Is the staff wage included in my invoice?
If we run payroll for you (EOR or Managed for You), yes: your invoice includes your staff member’s wage plus our fee. On SOR you pay your staff member directly and we do not invoice a monthly fee.
Will my costs change during the month?
No surprise top-ups. Any change, such as a pay rise or a new hire, is agreed with you first and appears on the next monthly invoice.
Are your fees subject to GST?
Our fees are quoted plus GST. Your staff member’s wage is shown separately on your invoice.
How do I know what my staff member will cost?
We confirm the wage with you before you commit, and price the role, plan and any IT in your consultation.
