There are two ways to hire full-time staff from Sri Lanka or the Philippines. Ready for You is recruit-only: $5,999 + GST once, then $0 a month if you employ them, or $350 a month if we do (EOR). Managed for You is $1,000 a month per staff member on a 12-month commitment, with no recruitment fee. You then choose an IT setup.
Step 1 · Service model
Choose Ready for You if you have someone to lead the hire and set processes. Want us to run the whole hiring process? See recruitment process outsourcing. Choose Managed for You if it's your first offshore hire or you're building a team.
All prices in AUD. Staff wages are separate and confirmed before you commit.
Step 2 · Employment setup
Employ them yourself at no monthly cost, have us employ them as Employer of Record (EOR) for $350 a month, or let us employ and manage them as part of Managed for You, with onboarding, HR guidance and ongoing support.

Step 3 · IT setup
IT is chosen separately from your service model. Pick self-managed, hardware coordination where you own the kit, or fully managed with a leased laptop and security handled for you. IT costs are quoted with your role.
