What is recruitment process outsourcing (RPO)?

RPO means handing some or all of your hiring process to an outside specialist. With Elephant Teams that covers your offshore roles end to end: briefing, advertising, screening, skills tests, interviews, offer and onboarding.

How is your fee different from a recruitment agency?

We charge one fixed fee of $5,999 + GST per hire, whatever the salary. Many agencies charge a percentage of first-year salary.

Do I still choose who is hired?

Yes. We shortlist candidates who have passed screening, a skills test and our interview. You interview them and make the final choice.

What happens after the hire?

You can employ the person yourself (SOR, $0 a month), have us run payroll and compliance (EOR, $350 a month), or move to Managed for You for onboarding, HR guidance and check-ins.

Can you recruit several roles at once?

Yes. We run multi-hire campaigns for growing teams, and Managed for You has multi-hire discounts.
