How much does a virtual assistant in the Philippines cost?

You pay two things: the staff wage, which we confirm with you for the role before you commit, and our fee. Our fee is either $5,999 + GST once (Ready for You, then $0 a month on SOR or $350 a month on EOR) or $1,000 + GST a month on Managed for You with no recruitment fee.

Do you charge by the hour?

No. Every VA we place is a full-time, dedicated employee working your hours on your tasks, not a shared freelancer billed hourly. That is why we quote a monthly cost rather than an hourly rate.

How long does it take to hire?

Most virtual assistant roles are filled in 3 to 4 weeks, from your briefing call to an accepted offer.

Is hiring an offshore VA legal and compliant?

Yes, when the employment is set up properly. On SOR you employ the person directly; on EOR or Managed for You we run payroll and local compliance. If your business is covered by the Privacy Act, Australian Privacy Principle 8 applies to personal information handled overseas, so set clear data rules from day one.
