What should a small business offshore first?

Do I need to manage offshore staff myself?
With Ready for You, you or your manager lead the work day to day. With Managed for You, we add onboarding playbooks, HR policy templates, regular check-ins and advisory support.
Are offshore staff full-time?
Yes. We place full-time staff who work only for your business, during hours that overlap with yours.
What does it cost?
Ready for You is $5,999 + GST once, then $0 or $350 a month. Managed for You is $1,000 a month per team member. Wages are separate and confirmed before you commit.
Sri Lanka or the Philippines for a small business?
Both work and our fees are the same. The Philippines suits phone and customer-facing work; Sri Lanka suits accounts and reporting. We recommend one in your consultation.
