If you have steady design work, a dedicated designer usually gives you more output, faster revisions and someone who knows your brand. Subscriptions suit occasional requests.
Who owns the designs?
Your business does. Set this out in the employment agreement and keep source files in folders you own.
Can they work in our Figma and Adobe accounts?
Yes. Add them as a team member on your licences so files stay in your accounts.
How much does it cost in total?
Add the monthly salary to our fee. Ready for You is $5,999 + GST once, then $0 a month on Setup of Record or $350 a month on Employer of Record. Managed for You is $1,000 a month on a 12-month commitment with no recruitment fee. IT options are extra and quoted with your role.
Can they also do video and motion?
